It’s in K5. Somalis been living in these regions and migrated centuries before oromos arrived. We lived in the highlands and lowlands. Qarsadule is an extension of afdheer zone and its settled by gurre, dagoodi and karanle.

You will find Somalis deep in Oromia K4 proper and as far as Sidame. Waterfalls, mountains and overall breathtaking scenery all over the place.
