I am not adopting Reddit talking points. I know some senior managers at a busy Uk airport. No group behaves likes timos collectively. Somalis rarely target another group or only employ their own in mainstream companies even if they are unfot, nor do we bully other communities and get them fired. This is what they did in this particular environment to a group of Somali managers. Somalis generally operate through a sense of fairness to other people. I don’t care if this resembles Reddit. You can tell that to the Somalis they got fired via bullying and organise work place racism. Of course some cadaans are corrupt and racist like all other races. But the specific experiences other communities have with these people when they take over a place or a company are very specific and unique. They are also 5 times more racist to black people especially the Hindutva lot and Goan Christians.
