Somalia is an ethno state of Somalis. There are other 'Somali" people who do not belong to our ethnicity however are still part of the Somali nation eg. Gosha, Bawarani ect.

What you’re forgetting is that under the Somali constitution, they’ll get it after 5-6 yrs of living in Somalia. What they’re not eligible for is being born with it LOL.
