The number one rule is don’t let anything get u mad or offended and if you do (which is normal btw as we are all human beings), in that time frame don’t post a comment in the heat of the moment, it never ends good.
Second step is reread ur comments not for typos but what purpose does it serve? It doesn’t have to be uplifting or inspiring but if it’s disparaging or tit-for-tat , try to rewrite it so that it doesn’t hurt other pple feelings or u later regret it.
Remember our mental health and our outlook in life will greatly be effected by our views, so it would be better for our conscious if our thoughts are positive, our actions are meant to build and our words meant to heal.
