The theory isn't far-fetched. No water must also mean, toilet has no pipes and thus no toilet. Where-else must be they shitting but into the GLORIOUS NATURE

My Theory was right puntlanders. Look at the hospital toilets in Hargeisa. No pipes and water can only cause this to happen.

Mind you it must be worse in normal houses if hospitals are like that. You just need to ask yourself logically where else could they shit if there is no pipes into home because none of it has been laid down into the villages to connect their homes too. Even hospitals are lacking these facilities.

I remember mogadishu, I went there in 99 and there was no pipes into the homes cuz it was all looted by habar gedir, the toilets are basically finished and you can't flush or do anything. There was no direct water also or water grid everything delivered on donkey, it was all in these things we called 'boyad' or 'containers'. Hargeisa is basically living like its 1999 Mogadishu.

Don't worry some of our IDPS lack toilets but we are changing that for them. Where-as 80% of your hargeisa lacks proper toilets or water for that matter.

I am serious guys, hargeisa locals are more on par with our IDP living conditions and at least our IDP living conditions is changing. We have connected many camps to our water supply and laid pipes to their neighborhood, put up street lights, created them homes so their a proper neighborhood and even created toilets and sewage.

I remember mogadishu was like that back in 99. Most houses have toilets some are proper toilets with a flush like my place did but some are latrines also. But the problem was all the pipes were looted and the water facility was not functioning at the time. All water brought by donkey and in front of the house they had this 'boyad' or 'container' for the water. It was terrible going to the toilet because the shit would over-flow, we had to defecate outside in mogadishu in 99.

Even the electricity plant was looted in mogadishu. No lights, we had kerosene lamps in the house with oil in it. AHHHHHHHHHH the good old days. None of that shit in Puntland though, probably rural areas only. not cities.

God 99 was bad in mogadishu, even the xafaad I was in Hodan near black sea there was like one telephone per 10 homes or something or you would have to go to telephone place and come back when someone calls you from overseas and they would say call back in 1 hour we will go to his house and tell him your calling.

Damn those HG really ruined the nation and deserve the scorn of all somalis, I am suprised their not barred from politics all together.
