What has changed on the ground since 2017? The security situation has deteriorated, not been improved. At least under HSM you could travel from Baydhabo to Benadir by car, now you need a plane for that unless you want to get stopped every couple of hours by Shabaab. A lot of the landmarks he claims like debt relief wasn't even due to him, but HSM's administration who kickstarted the project.
I don't have a problem with Farmaajo personally, but when people try to make it seem like he's something he's not, it's aggravating. He's accomplished less then the previous 2
