Filed a harassment claim at your place of employment? If so was it worth it?

I'm debating whether I should but I'm relatively new there and I'm not well liked at all. I have some email evidence but I really don't need to make enemies. I hate even going on break nowadays. I'm looking for a new job either way.

I'm so sorry. You should file no matter what so there is a record of the person's unprofessional behaviour. People like that get away with it partially because they have a seemingly spotless record. Tarnish it.

That's really bad. You should report it. Nobody has the right to make you feel uncomfortable in your work place. You should never feel insignificant when protecting yourself. It doesn't matter if you're new to the job or you have seniority. Harassment is harassment and the perpetrator should suffer the consequences. Good luck.

The email is work related, one of my seniors is accusing me of shit I didn't do and they have been doing it for a while. Being insulting and whatever. They haven't threatned me but this last email was ridiculous.They just don't like me. I don't what else I can say.

OK, I'm argumentative myself, so I won't front. But there is such a thing as a hostile environment and sometimes no amount of nose-to-the-grindstone can improve people that are set against you.
