Imagine that the US has a whole law justifying the invasion of Hague on the basis of the ICC. Where they have the right to bomb the whole city

The law states the US can invade the Netherlands in order to liberate any American official or officials of a U.S allied country.

The Netherlands is included as an U.S allied country since the clause includes the NATO countries as allies.

But then, aren’t NATO countries supposed to come to each other’s defensive when one is invaded?
