4.5 isn't the legal official power-sharing mechanism in parliament. It's a shame DIR get so many seats when they are so small in population and hold no districts, have no rural nomads, and live in districts that are either darod dominated or hawiye dominated.

Besides Hargeisa-Burco-Berbera which are very small when measured on google earth mathamatically as you can measure the distance from one point to another and calculate how many houses are in there by working out how many houses fit into 1 kilometer by manually counting it and divide it up by 5 per each house till you get a total in the end. Hargeisa isn't 80k even in population, Bosaso is even smaller. The real population is in nomadic setting and on camels and provable because our economy is largely livestock therefore who-ever contributes the most economically must be the largest clan. Dir have no camels or nomads and they're land is very small in terms of grazing which says a-lot by itself.

It's funny you don't promote this filthy and unfair 4.5 for your somaliland, you sure love to share on who is majority in the 'holy land' right? but you want 4.5 for Somalia, right? this is why, Somalia wil never agree because people want things they don't deserve nor will do themselves in their lands. Actually the 4.5 is good for the minorities and the women. There will never be one single Madow ,gaboye winner in direct elections they don't even have their own districts. We tested this in Somaliland and the women and minorities failed to compete against the mainstream society. That's why we introduced "monopoly seats " for the women and the minorities .
