How can you affect change without there being a consensus reached, Somalis haven’t reached accord or even officially apologised for what they did to each other in 91, a lot of people here talking in grand terms but have no plan of action or substance to their arguments.

Qabil takes the forefront and becomes dangerous because there is no consensus amongst Somalis on political advancement, why is HSM dragging his feet on the finishing of the constitution and trying to strong arm federal states instead of opening dialogue or agreeing to carry on with the implementation of the framework agreed upon in 2012

why did farmaajo use the military like his own militia force in 21 when he was confronted with protests? Why did he needlessly try and exert pressure on other federal states and rush forward with plans that hadn’t even materialised yet?

Villa Somalia and the government in xamar needs to open dialogue and get back on track otherwise there will be no progress on that front
