Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis in your life

Have you guys experienced it? I've experienced it and it was terrifying.

I remember that it was on a Saturday and I took an afternoon nap and while sleeping I woke up and three black hooded figures surrounded my bed one in the front one in the back and one on the side they looked at me while talking to themselves in a way I couldn't understand but I knew they were communicating they were there for 5 minutes and then left. I remained paralyzed for the next ten minutes till I broke free from it. I have rarely slept an afternoon nap since that day my advice is never to sleep while looking up and You will never experience it

Happened to me a few times over the years. First time did freak me out abit, on the second occasion I knew what was happening and went back to sleep. It’s the jinn messing with you abayo, make dua before you go to sleep and it’ll never happen again inshaallah (worked for me) Try reciting Ayatul Kursi.

Only experienced it when I was a kid, like 3 years old

This happened to me in my teens, and also to my two uncles who were sleeping over, we all saw the same thing, red eyes, black shadowy body, it would go through us almost like it was sucking all the air out of me but internally, like it was grabbing something out of me and I would forget it the next morning, and it would take me ages to sleep and I didn't understand why, one day I just talked to my uncle and he mentioned what he was going through, how he would have this thing appear to him every time he came over to visit, and then my other uncle hears this and mentions it as well.

Some context, my third uncle had a mental breakdown after he came back from Africa, he stayed with my granny and me for several weeks, my cat ran away during this time and didn't like staying in the house, and my grandmother didn't experience this, I wasn't praying during the time.

We moved out two weeks later and never had that experience again, I also don't sleep on my back anymore.

I used to have them frequently but then after an episode when 16 they never came back.
My fear turned into pure rage and blood thirst.
I couldn't move but was straining and frothing at the mouth like a rabid dog because in m6u mind u wanted to eat that jin, tear it to pieces with my teeth.
Focused rage into my peripheral vision and then slowly I could move and then it was gone..
