Have you picked up travel parasites during your travels?

Most people who travel to Somalia pick up some kind of gastro-intestinal parasites. Most of my relatives who go to Somalia get sick when they arrive there and start some type of drug medication when they come back home. Why do they get sick when the people in Somalia don't at all?

The food and water is contaminated in most eating places. You can even pick up cholera, typhoid, hepatitis A, and even Malaria in Somalia.
