First and foremost, you need to get a your hormone levels checked to establish a baseline.
Total testosterone, free testosterone, FSH, Luteinising hormone, SHBG, Oestradial, the works. There's a company called Forth that checks all of this for like £80. It's going to be impossible to get your GP to okay this unless you're some hypogonadal tranny bıtch-boy who's got the T levels of a 6year old girl.
Once you get a baseline, you can start playing around with supplementation to optimize hormone production.
You can have giga-chad total testosterone levels of 900-1200ng/dL but if your SHBG and prolactin are through the roof, it wouldn't mean shit.
Here's my current daily "stack":
I haven't fully looked into the exact mechanism but I've read a few studies and it's good shit. Oh yeah and avoid plastic like the plague, use glass-ware as much as possible and get a stainless steel water bottle.
This isn't medical advice, speak to your doctor first
