Is it safe to assume the Horners around ethio-somalia-eritrea-djibouti-north kenya are 3 major groups?

1. High landers Amharic/Tigray who r semetic/hamitic mix and lighter in tone and short in stature like Yemen
2. Hamitics like Oromo-Somali who are tall, lean, reddish-brown complexion and possibly related to early period ancient egyptian when u see their wall-painting of their bodies morphology, clothes, and complexion.
3. Bantu(southern identity groups) who are most likely the native inhabitants who live around farm/rivers?

I know a-lot of intermixing happened between them and some morph to the general standard while other diverge from the standard.

If u took away the malnutrition, poor diet, bad water factor that can 'sway' things a-lot, I think the great majority would 'morph' to that general standard reddish/brown for hamitics, lighter brown for tigray/amhara, etc. When u see saudis before good food, good water standards intervention, they changed alot in the terms of apperance.

Merchants and travelers are not exclusive to those mixed southern coastal folks. It's best to describe them by their name.

Many part of the North have an uptick in Omotic admixture which clusters you closer to some Oromo groups. Oromos themselves are not a real ethnic group
