Housing construction of the future

Also, in the event that our Nations developed, would you prefer Anglo-Saxon type suburbia or European type, mixed used apartment living?

I prefer this over suburbia

I have become very skeptical of new tech shit.

Often times the old methods are better than these fancy ass methods.

I'm not entirely sold on these technologies but in the absence of some sort of mandatory National service program that allows us to always have enough construction workers... these technologies are needed; I also suspect that they'll get better as we refine them.

The house in that video seems identical to the manually constructed ones around it.

3D printing is the future. In medicine and automotive industries it's made big advancements already.

I used it back in the early days of corona to print custom 3M filters. :dead:

Lol, first couple of weeks of rona they made it seem like the plague was here.

I can definitely see the merit of 3D printing in everything but housing; the aesthetics of 3D printed homes are still horrid looking; we should definitely make use of small, temporary 3D printed modular homes to house our people before we put them into apartments or single-family homes.

Thats amazing. imagine making housing so affordable like a car??? That would be revolutionary

It would be extraordinary but land costs would still be expensive, and this is why I am entirely opposed to commodifying residential land use back home; I think individual citizens and families should be constitutionally guaranteed plots of land.

only a few will always own the majority of land. and if the housing is commercialized and every where it will become cheap.
