No idea. I only went pass there on my way to the airport it is a like a entire city by itself.

Most properties in Mogadishu actually have sewage system and water. Xamar is a old city of 900 years not like Hargeisa.

My family has properties within Xamar that they receive rental payments on so I can attest to this claim, people there use dollars for all transactions so there is lots of money going from hand to hand.
