How do different regions deal with terrorism?

I have always wondered how different regions deal with terrorism and was wondering if anyone is willing to explain. The only anti-terror news I hear from Somalia is that Amisom was attacked killing X number of people, an explosion occurred in Xamar or Danab had raided some hideout capturing X number of people and Xkg of explosives.

Thats the problem with somalis, i would even understand if it was your blood relative, but they will support a terrorist killer just due to qabil like the recent case of Robow. The same community they terrorized will come out in support. Its crazy man.
