I'm ashamed to admit it but I don't know how to use a G25 calculator at all despite my interest in population genetics. I've relied on the charts others provided and those I've found on the internet but now I want to make some for myself.
All I know about G25 so far is that I need coordinates for both a "source" and "target" and plug those values by copy and pasting. How do I get these coordinates in the first place?
Can a sxb help me out please?
