Federalism used correctly like in USA is good in my opinion, however one based on qabiil will never truly succeed as we see it today in Somalia. We have to grow beyond qabiil or else we will continue to ignore the problem and always wonder why our country has failed. I have hope tho, people will eventually wake up

Are the regions that promote regionalism (e.g PL) better of relatively those that do not promote it? I am talking about Somalia. I'd also like you to explain how regionalism is destructive in light of the answer you give to the first question.
