I love taking care of my hair (and that i won't ever experience male pattern baldness at 20) so here's my routine!
ā”
Basically I have two sides depending on what I feel like for the week-
1. Low maintenance: wash hair as per usual, put it in pigtail braids and moisturize it every 2 days and brush ot through to refreshen the hairstyle (perfect for when im busy af with things like studying)
2. Slightly higher maintenance - wash my hair as normal expect I throw in a curly hair routine.
Day 1 I have my hair down when I feel like it, it'd my favorite compliment when people tell me how pretty it is, day 2-3 I might just do a top bun and the remaining days I might just throw it back into braids if the curls get too frizzy/ dont hold as nicely as I want to. Of course I still moisturize it and refresh every 2-3 days.
I take a bunch of vitamin and some biotin gummies bc they're just delicious imo, oil my ends every night. Never do any tight hairstyles like cornrows because they hurt too much, my scalp is wayyy too sensitive. I trim my ends. I use hair masks and collect different kinds of oils like they're Pokemon, and yes i find doing all of this fun, it's become a hobby at this point.
