I would say 4...two are wearing wrist bands, 2 aren't...The first and last girl in the first row(set of four) are different. 1 is wearing a wrist band while the other isn't. You can tell by looking at the second row(set of 4) where the first girl doesn't have a wrist band on her right hand which indicates she's the first girl in the first row, who's wrist can't be seen

their hands are placed so u cant see if they have wrist band (or the rubber band for the older girl). its two girls sitting by what seems like a dressing room mirror. in the reflection, u can make out a price tag. in the real image, by her left forearm (closes to the younger girl) u can see the corner of the faint makings of a price tag. also, the wrinkles on the grey dresses are the same for the older girl and the reflection (or the "fourth girl") and the younger girl and her reflection (or the "3rd girl").
