A lot. I mean I can't count it it's just part of my vocabulary if I'm not in a professional setting or inappropriate situation. I limit my swearing in the internet by a large amount.

I try to watch my tongue. I have replaced swear words with alternative words such as, Shut the front door which means shut the f*ck up or fudge which means f*ck.
