How much did the Buhoodle airstrip cost to clear?

Surely it can't be more than $1000 as it looks like a simple clearance, it filled its purpose which is
small jets being able to land on it.

Puntland ministry of aviation actually control this airstrip. I can't imagine it being expensive to clear
