I have a feeling that's it.What!
What if they’re re-exports like Dubai
I think the most gold potential regions in Somalia are Adal and Northern maaakhir around the coast. But Galmudug has the most Uranium and rare elements in Somalia, correct me if I'm wrong
Hmm, I think it would also be best to really push toward making pastoral nomads and agropastoralists into settled ranchers. Give every saaxiib a plot of land, a simple, standard home-setup, a certain selection of livestock to support the local economy and teach them methods like permaculture. Rotational grazing, aquaculture, crop rotation, food forests... They'll start repping their region or tuulo more than their qabiil pretty quick as there will be no use for qabiilism in such an environment.@Shimbiris I think we should introduce new Somali Law, no one can own more than one property. This will elemanate tribal competition. What's the point of claiming terretary if your only allowed to own your home as property.

They thought this of Waqooyi and the northeast but Koonfur had a lot of farming potential and was already being quite farmed. To them if the tsetse fly was dealt with and some modern techniques and equipment were thrown in Koonfur had the potential to be quite the bread basket. There are pretty fertile pockets in the north too like some of the interior of the northwest and places like Cal Madow and the north in general can be made more farming friendly with irrigation and various new techniques like you find with permaculture but yes, much of it is better for ranching. Somalia also has a lot of fishery potential, as you might imagine. We could even go pretty hard core with fish farming the way the Chinese have. Our country has the potential to be pretty food self sufficient if things are planned intelligently.I saw in a colonial book that the British thought Somalia was good for ranching. Not so much farming though
