How often do you walk?

How often do you walk to the store, school, etc?

I never walk to places I have to go to, even if it's a stone's throw from my house. Even when I was in school, I always got dropped off or rode the school bus.

I want to walk more to not only foster a healthier lifestyle but to also do my part in conserving the environment.

I think I'll start walking to the store that I can see from my window instead of driving to it.

I walk a lot, actually. My friends hate me for this because I would park a block away and just walk. I even bought a Fitbit blaze months ago and I'm at 11K steps per day now but my highest is around 21K steps per day. Most days, I reach 10K without much effort and before the work day is over, then about 90 minutes before iftar I would go for a walk in the park near my house.
