i disagree. if your so-called "government" does not have your best interest at heart, why would you unite under their rule? somalia only knows anarchy.

There can never be no "unity" between the diverse and unrelated peoples that live in the Somali peninsula. Can there ever be a central government that rules over all of China and Russia effectively? No. In the same regard, the diverse peoples living in the Somali peninsula are just too different from one another in terms of ethnicity, culture, customs, etc etc that it will never work. Balkanization and tribal states, which are the only types of governments in the Somali peninsula that have a proven track record, are the only realistic solution for the region.
