Some truth to it, but it is exaggerated. It is annoying how Somalis always bring this up with Rwandans.

I see it often in YouTube comment section where FOB Somalis claim Tutsis.
Its usually the Tutsis who do that more. They have a South Cushitic admixture but it has nothing to do with Somalis. They look the way they do partly because of that and selective breeding as well. Since they had more of a rigid caste based society with Hutus being lower caste chiefs and farmers and Tutsis being royals, commanders, high caste chiefs and pastoralists. Somalis have never had such a complex system of caste stratification even though they've had Sultans, Ugaas, Garads and Boqors. Lol, they come from a land where the average local thinks they are royal and entitled just from breathing.
Hutus be like : we Rwandans too and we're the majority, why is everyone always simping for the damn Tutsis
