How to block YouTube ads?

I was able to tolerate those ads before that were only 15 seconds or gave you the option to skip and weren't as frequent.

Now they are 30 seconds long, don't let you skip and they appear in every single video.

I need a good ad blocking app to block these YouTube videos on my phone.

It's a cure for my insomnia. I listen to waterfalls or birds or nature.
