Wllhi when I say this I’m not joking and it worked for me use Kojic acid soap and also make sure to use a derma roller 0.5-1mm 1-2 times weekly on the area

imma buy the soap and update this thread with results in a week.
but i wont derma roll unless it's doesn't get better, i dont want to get into deep yet.

Go to a dermatologist to get Tretinoin prescribed.

If you buy the Koljic acid soap, please make sure you use a good moisturizer and SPF 50 with that.

Also get ambi fade cream, might need a prescription. Won’t go away in a week though no matter what you do.

I had that same thing a couple years ago. I just applied turmeric and qasil masks regularly (so I would just keep it on my face a few hours while doing thing around the house.) And I would use aveeno's brightening gentle exfoliating cleanser followed up with the moisturizer. I don't recall using any other products, but after several weeks of consistent usage it went away. Just make sure you always wear sunscreen.
