What can be done to to stop the corruption that is happening in somalia and in Africa? I think the problem for the Somalis in Somalia are not reacting to the corruption quite well. Somalia has been named the most corrupted country in the world but the people are doing nothing about it either because people don't care or they are powerless to do anything. What do you think ?

Low level petty corruption (local gov/police bribes) is mainly associated with the lack of a welfare state. When there's no safety net people tend to be more corrupt. This is why Scandinavians have one of the lowest levels of corruption in the world.
High level corruption is more difficult to tackle and is more cultural.

More fuss and attention surrounding it especially in Somali media. The only thing Somali media Writes/brings is about alshabab attacks. Acknowledging it and bringing awareness to the people in Somalia, is the way to go.
But reactions would only occur if somalis could see further than their own qabil.
