No problem, my dear descendant.

It was my duty to obtain the crown of England from my distant cousin king Edward (later canonised as 'the confessor'), however, when my dear cousin passed away, a lowly Saxon thegn by the name of Harold Godwinson usurped MY throne whilst I was still in Normandy!


So I karbashed him with my crack cavalry and split the land and church possessions between my Norman, Breton, Flemish, and Frankish bros.
