No privacy. It's one of those apps you have to have because everyone has it and they prefer that way of communicating
Reasons:
You have to give your phone number to people you don't want having your number (but you're OK with them being on a messaging app) in order for them to add you on it
It shows when you're online even when you hide your last seen status
There is a call option so even acquaintences call you to randomly chat.
There's no "face timing".
When you add someone's number you'll just need for a month or few weeks and they show up on it like someone you hired to paint your house or something.
A dozen relatives from Somalia asking you for money every month and you can't hide from them. 2-3 are fine but more than that is not possible
