Last ten days is overcrowded, especially day 29. People come to the mosque to check whether the day after is Eid

You are right though i am not sure for the last ten days. Tahajjud alot of people come. I remember last year on 27th night alot of people came is if it was eid. It is believed that 27 is most likely laylatul qadr.

I'm not going to taraweeh this year. I can pray taraweeh at the comfort in my own home.
