I can't stop thinking of food and water

Do anybody have tips to make Ramadan easier. I swear to Allah I'm going to make myself fat after Ramadan and eat every single hour.

Eat satiating and hydrating foods when you have iftar and suhoor and everything in-between. You can google for yourself what sorts of foods that entails.

I'm used to eating small quantity of meals throughout the day so I wanna puke when I force myself to eat alot in such a short time during Ramadan.

I wish there was a way I can consume my daily calorie requirement without stressing my stomach..🙏

For Suhur - Eat 1 Banana and Plain Natural Yogurt and a bottle of water. You can play like Basketball like Lebron without never feeling tired. Heck, you got the energy for a couple of days inside of you.

I cannot remember where I saw it or who told me, but it was REALLY useful.
