Excluding the main positions of President What would be the best Somali cabinet of Somalis that we could create for the key positions below ;
Prime Minister of Somalia

Abdi ismail Samatar is a Somali scholar, writer and professor. Hes won numerous awards for his work and truely loves his country while also having a deep understanding of the situation. He also led Somalia's election process and used it to reduce corruption which was extremely hard for which he was applauded.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Abukar Arman is a former diplomat (Somalia's Special Envoy to the US). He is a widely published analyst. He also absolutely hates corruption and would represent Somalis extremely well.
Ministry of Finance

The current minister of finance Dr abdirahman Beileh is a very good choice and by all account is doing an excellent job currently.
Ministry of Defense
This is the only position i don't have enough knowledge on but ideally i would take an individual who has good ties & good military training.
The ideal standard would be person like Abdullahi Ahmed Irro the greatest Somali military general of all time but that's hard to reach.

The minister would need have a comprehensive plan to defeat Al-shabab as well as securing the capital not only through road blocks but taking the fight to Al-shabab in the hinterlands and maintaining areas that are captured.

Hussein Haji, Ph.D., has served for twenty years with the Ministry of Agriculture in Somalia. He worked as Senior Researcher and a lecturer of Genetics and Plant Breeding at the Somali National University. He would be an excellent choice for this post and i would empower him alot.

Dr abdurahman Baadiyow born in 1954 in the district of Elder in Somalia. He has been a military officer (1971β1986), electronic engineer, Islamic scholar and civil society activist.
I suggest you all read " recovering the somali state" where he details his thought on how to restore law and order using the key principles of islam while adhering to our culture norms.

I also like Gamal M Hassan the current Minister of Planning. Did a very good job when he was the ambassador to Kenya and is rumored to take over from Yusuf Garaad for foreign minister who's allegedly a poor communicator / embarrassment
