I don’t. I think nepotism is what it was. Many companies here would post fake job openings with the intent of just hiring their nakama aka friends/family just to make it look legal

I had a phone interview with last week and they ghosted me on the second interview. To schedule a person for a second interview and not even get an explanation is very unprofessional.
