It's not his fault Caare, it's the way the state was formed in the beginning, with guns and force. It will die with guns and force, I don't predict SL will last long into the future even if the Caare situation is resolved somebody else will rise up and the cycle continues. No different to siyad barre or aideed. First SSDF rose, then SNM, and then USC. SL will be continously in this cycle for it's future and the reason really boils down to how they were formed.

The equivalent of SL in PL would be imagine osman maxamud/issa mahmud had the government and started using force on omar mahmud making them fight with leelkase and sacad or something. It's crazy shit runti halkasi. I put it down to the way the state was formed in the beginning, there is nothing else I can point my finger too. It's a tactic to buy SL time as it sits on the edge of looming civil war constantly because it was built through SNM rebels invading regions and killing and then using that method of government ever since.
Somaliland dealt with allot of rebel groups in the last 10 years and dispite a few skirmishes the we're all taking care of from Sultan Waber to SSC & Khatumo all are non existent thanks to talking. The Gove still rather talk then fight with caare and will let him do his hit n run attacks like pl militia does.
Gotta sort out the dhulbahante in dhumay first, finally know how all those people got killed. Since the last dhullo skirmish Baashe asked nuh Tani to place some soldiers in dhumay to deter the attack started on the people of dhumay when the SL soldiers left the area to saahdheer.
In all my years analysing the activity of somaliland armed forces I noted they rarely attack and when they do its always with minimal casualties to the other party but always gain ground but lose more men
