Just lift and take clean protein. You don't gotta increase your food intake. You'll get lean big muscles and low fat if you just lift and increase protein intake. Lean meats and protein shakes. You got Neanderthal genes like all Somalis and those give you dense bones and fast twitch high performance muscles so put those to use.
