The hair dye brands that I have used were L'Oreal and Garnier. They were good. Also are you doing highlights?

Blonde is cool and I would aim for a lil darker shade of blonde since idk the contrast of (I’m guessing u have darker skintone) would be too much if you made it almost platinum blonde.
Oh and dyeing ur hair doesn’t damage it unless you do it frequently

I agree very light hair doesn't suit dark skintones.

I’d recommend honey blonde with some tints of ginger

Go for a warm toned blonde it usually looks really good on darker skintones
