I am also taking this ideal concept into consideration , relocating to Brazil , comes to my mind , it might sound strange to a lot of people , but there are economic opportunities , especially labour skilled jobs and prospects especially if you're an educated expat with the required qualifications, luckily I am a SA national and a post graduate I can travel to that country visa free, on the other hand I can string many sentences in Portuguese due to my experiences in a lusophone country.

I also have friends that currently live and work in affluent areas of Sao Paulo and Rio De Janeiro.
