Authoritarian Economic Liberalism.
My manifesto:
1) 10% income tax and 10% sales tax on goods and services.
2) Total ban on immigration except for Westerners
3) Salafi ideology is banned. Anyone who is a Salafi faces firing squad after the first warning. Those caught watching such videos or audio online will be given one chance. If they do it again, firing squad.
4) Divorce is illegal if you have children except if he beats you up.
5) Abortion is illegal past the first trimester except to save the life of the mother.
6) Far left wing ideology is banned. Marxists will face firing squad after the first chance is given.
7) Those repping their clan states will face firing squad after the first chance. You must believe in Greater Somalia.
8) Every Sunday is cleaning day. Every body must clean their communities for 1 hour. You will be fined your month's salary for missing cleaning day without a good reason.
9) Gay marriage is legal and 10% of companies and government jobs must be filled by a gay person. Gay people must prove their homosexuality to the satisfaction of the government in case anyone tries to lie about it to get a job.
10) Westerners who work in Somalia must have 1 young Somali person with them while working so they can learn from them (length depends on the job... could be weeks, months or years).
11) All buildings must be white within 1 km of the beach and everyone must have two trees each on their front lawn and backyard.
12) Non 1.0 Somalis must be either President or Vice President. All political parties must have a them as leader or deputy leader.
13) You must take in one poor person and house and feed him if you make at least middle class income until they get on their feet.
14) Clan system is abolished. Identifying as your clan more than once will get you the firing squad. Anyone with identifiable clan names must change it to another ancestors name.
15) Alcohol and weed are legalized but khat is illegal. Anyone caught chewing khat more than once will face the firing squad.
16) Free schooling but if you fail a course, you must pay for that course. If you fail the grade, you will go to a boot camp for children during the summer. If you fail the college or university or trades program, you will have to go to prison for 1 year. Those who failed because of death in the family or something serious will not be punished.
17) Political parties will get $0.25 cents by the government for each vote they receive during the election. If they get 2 million votes, they will get $500K a year until the next election. No private or corporate donations allowed. Anyone breaking this law will get the death penalty.
18) Terrorists get the firing squad. No chances
