Many doctors are married to fellow doctors. In fact most men prefer educated women of some sort.

She isn't a multimillionaire. Those women are the ones that struggle the most.

That was before 4th wave feminism and woman wanting to compete with men. Doctors spent most of their time with other doctors so naturally relationships started to form.

I'm actually noticing more men not wanting to date other girls in medschool. They'll have a GF from undergrad or outsource their dating life elsewhere and now thanks to dating apps and globalization it makes it a lot easier. The social shift is very real.
