Show me one region in Somalia where IDP'S can become successful. Just one region, that's all. They can't be successful in any other region because those regions are poor just like them is the only logical answer or else prove to puntlanders the success of IDPS in mogadishu or hargeisa.

The funny thing is they are in hargeisa and mogadishu and their condition never changes. Why is that? we need to explain why they can make it in Puntland but not other regions? How many puntite diaspora are there? I would guess somewhere close to a million if not more. Lets say a million.

Yes, muqdishu is reliant on turkey and foreign aid to make it grow while hargeisa has a dangerous water supply and no roads.
