The things i would do are"
1. Create a global TV network at least the biggest one in Africa and one of the biggest in the. Good for propaganda.
2. Rewrite the history of the Somali peninsula in a favor of my agenda and future of Somalia', clan, religion, territories and our ancient history, so i can create a very proud society.
3. Create one of the best education system in the entire world and make it free.
4. Cheapest energy' electricity,oi and gas and etc. making them nearly free
5. Good health care system, i will all these xaliimos studying nursing, so i will give them the chance, pay their university fees and living and they all gonna be doctors or medical professionals.
6. Train and educate enough workforce to attract foreign investors, train them in fields like IT, Business and trade, engineering and mechanics, and etc.
7. Security and full control of the country at any corner. Creating the best police force in the entire world if it's possible.
8. Very good justice system.
9. Secure the food and water, no maryoooley starves.
10. Create very stable and trusted banking system
11. Low taxes 12-18-22%
12. Build steel industries and construction materials industries.
To allow citizens and business to afford to build their homes and companies with an affordable price.
13.Build public infrastructure unique motor ways' no speed limits and right driving. Build a well functioning railway system. Build good road and bike system
Build all the government buildings and institutions.
14. Build world class Tourists destinations.
15.Build Seylac port and Berbera port like the one in Dubai or the one in Singapore.
16. Bringing back Somali-Airline
17. Build many free tax trade zones for foreign investors and the local businesses.
18. Overtake Djibouti politically, economically and militarily. Then start land grabbing and destabilizing other countries.
And make Somalia reach as far as north west Africa and south to the north Africa also don't forget to overtake Soccotra.
