If you have a land in Mogdishu, you need to claim it ASAP

My Mother heard that one of the real estate business sold a land that belongs to Somalis that left the country for 20-30 years , I don't know if that's true or just gossip but with how suspicious the land business in Ugandishu I won't be surprised.

My grandfather left behind some land of his property when he died in 2010. He divided the property between his kids my uncle's and aunties in xamar sold there half while my dad half still owned by him few of our relatives are living there now
I can proudly say in the 25 years no one occupied our property
