Than donate to Charities that have 100% donation policies: Ummah Welfare Trust. Al Imdaad Foundation. Syria Relief. Avoid donating to other organisations that isnt 100 percent as your money that you are donating won't fully go to those in need. I love donating to Imdaad foundation their page looks professional and easy to donate. I type Somalia on the search box and donate from there.

I only donate to things I Can see progress on especially if it involves somalia. You can always find something to help crowdfund for ask parents and stuff.

Your moeny will get lost in operating expenses. most of the time, Not sure how valid these websites are but if youre judging a foundation based on their page design and how easy it is to donate...?

Crowdfunds are risky because how honest are the people behind it? let's just say we donated to them before the supposed "progress" and than we wait for weeks and no progress than what? it's better in my opinion to donate to a organisation which on their manifest says 100 percent donation which we know they're nor lying because they would have been called out a long time ago.
