While in civilised countries billionaires have politicians in their pocket and use them to do their dirty work, in Somalia politicians bully businessmen through extortion and intimidations. Never look at Somali politics from a normal perspective, it's the opposite of normal. Up is down and down is up back home. A billionaire won't be more than a philanthropist. His work will be limited to digging wells in our probably, if not certainly, upcoming famine in the near future. 3- Clear cut most of Badhaadhe district and convert the forests into farmland.

3.Capital would be divided into District for each Somali qabiils (for future divide and rule)
4.No weapons allowed into Banaadir except the Police
5.Gobols would be divided between Farmers of excellent characters and skills
6.Army would only be stationed at the Borders of the Country, and not within a citizens sights.
7.All those branded criminals by the government would either face death or be part of death suicide squad for a clandestine missions, the choice is theirs.
