I've spoken about this problem of hers when she was first interviewed by Maddow lady. She would ask a question and Ilhan would answer with totally different topic. This is a exact case of nervousness. Your mind is running 1000000x thoughts a sec.

She desperately needs a course in public speaking.

In the meantime she must stop speaking to a nationwide audience
