Lool she did not even compare America to terror groups.

She was asking a question to the Sec. State about America and Israel not recognising the International Criminal Court.

Her question was along the lines of "If America/Israel does not recognise the court, how can victims of the Afghanistan/Iraq/Israel-Palestine wars ever get justice." Basically, she was saying that victims of the US/Israel/Taliban/Hamas can never get justice because of America's actions.

She linked the video to Twitter with her caption. The caption was taken out of context and numerous media outlets have retracted their headlines.
