I want to create a separate superhero franchise that is exclusive to Disney+ just like Netflix did: Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Daredevil and Iron fist and how they made their own superhero team Defenders and also The Punisher. But I need to contact Disney so I wonder if they listen to strangers movie/series idea?
